Parsifal Capital Management manages investments for private, pooled investment funds and a separately managed account. Parsifal uses a global, cross-asset, opportunistic investment strategy focused on long-term capital appreciation through fundamental analysis of businesses and securities. Parsifal invests in traditional long/short equity, event-driven and special situations equity and credit opportunities sourced globally in both public and private markets. Parsifal does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor in the Funds.
Fee Structure
Parsifal Capital Management manages investments for private funds and a separately managed account. The management fee for the Flagship Funds and the Account ranges from 1.00% to 2.00% per year, subject to reductions in certain cases based on an investor’s holding period or assets under management thresholds. The Co-Invest Fund is not charged a management fee. Parsifal or an affiliate will receive an annual incentive allocation equal to a percentage of the net profits of each investor in the Funds and performance-based compensation for each Account based on the profits earned by such Account. The Incentive Allocation and performance-based compensation percentage ranges from 10% to 30% per annum.
