Fee Structure
Third Lake Partners does not directly charge management fees to separately managed account clients. However, they may charge asset-based fees or fees based on time spent for due diligence or other portfolio advisory services.
For investments in Funds, Third Lake is entitled to receive annual asset management fees typically ranging from 0.25% to 1.25% of the assets managed within the Fund.
