3B Capital Management is an investment manager that provides advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles (funds). 3B employs a long/short volatility arbitrage investment strategy designed to profit from certain relationships in options. The instruments invested in include cash options on indices and/or individual securities, futures, agency/government and corporate debt. 3B provides advisory services to the Funds, rather than to any individual investor in the private funds.
Fee Structure
3B Capital Management manages investments for private investment funds. Investors in the funds pay a fixed management fee of 1% annually, calculated monthly. The general partner is also entitled to a performance-based profit allocation of 20% of the fund's net profits above a certain threshold, calculated quarterly.
