ShadowFall Capital & Research manages investments for institutional investors, including the ShadowFall Funds and separately managed accounts. ShadowFall focuses on generating returns by short selling European mid-cap equities. ShadowFall aims to identify companies with aggressive accounting, poor governance, flawed business models, or misrepresentation. ShadowFall does not currently tailor its investment advisory services but could provide tailored services based on the individual needs of clients in the future.
Fee Structure
ShadowFall's compensation includes a management fee and a performance fee, both of which are negotiated individually with clients. Fees are deducted directly from fund assets.
