Panthera Capital provides investment management services, offering advice on various asset classes like stocks, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, and fixed income. Panthera Capital's services are tailored to individual client needs, considering their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and income needs. Panthera Capital manages client portfolios through an Equity Long/Short investment strategy or a Position Monetization strategy.
Fee Structure
Panthera Capital charges a management fee based on the value of your portfolio, plus a performance-based fee based on profits. There are two fee schedules to choose from for the Equity Long/Short strategy:
Fee Schedule One:
- Under $1 million: 1.50% management fee, 17.50% performance fee
- $1 million to under $5 million: 1.25% management fee, 16.50% performance fee
- $5 million or more: 1.00% management fee, 15.50% performance fee
Fee Schedule Two:
- Under $1 million: 1.00% management fee, 25.50% performance fee
- $1 million to under $5 million: 0.875% management fee, 25.00% performance fee
- $5 million or more: 0.750% management fee, 24.50% performance fee
For the Position Monetization strategy, Panthera Capital charges only a management fee:
- Under $1 million: 1.00%
- $1 million to under $5 million: 0.875%
- $5 million or more: 0.750%
