Fee Structure
Phin Capital offers different fee structures based on the type of portfolio management:

Actively Managed Model Portfolios:
- Up to $500,000: 1.0% per year
- $500,001 - $1,000,000: 0.75% per year
- $1,000,001 - $3,000,000: 0.50% per year
- Over $3,000,001: Negotiable

Passively Managed Model Portfolios:
- Up to $500,000: 0.50% per year
- $500,001 - $1,000,000: 0.35% per year
- Over $1,000,001: 0.25% per year

- Up to $500,000: 1.25% per year
- Over $500,000: 1.0% per year
Phin Capital also charges performance-based fees (10-20% of the excess return of the relative benchmark). Fees and rates may be different for family, friends, and current and former employees.
