Dragonfly Digital Management is an investment management firm providing discretionary advisory services to privately offered pooled investment vehicles (Funds). Dragonfly's Funds are intended for sophisticated investors. Dragonfly employs three investment strategies to achieve long-term capital appreciation by investing in cryptocurrencies, decentralized application tokens, protocol tokens, liquid crypto assets, NFTs, blockchain-based assets and other crypto finance and digital assets.
Fee Structure
Dragonfly manages investments for its Funds and is compensated through a management fee calculated as a percentage of the annual rate based on each investor's total capital commitment or account balance. Dragonfly also receives a performance allocation of the net income allocated to each investor's account. The fees for each Fund are described in more detail in each Fund’s Governing Documents.
