Decennial Fund Management LP (DFM) manages investments for the Decennial Opportunity Zone Fund I LLC (the Fund). DFM's investment decisions are guided by the Fund's objectives and guidelines. DFM does not tailor its advisory services to individual investor needs. The Fund invests in real property and related businesses. DFM may engage in any investment strategy it considers appropriate, subject to the client's investment objectives and guidelines.
Fee Structure
Decennial Fund Management is paid a management fee based on the net asset value of the fund. During the investment period, the fee is 2% per year. After the investment period, the fee is 1.5% per year of the aggregate invested capital. DFM may waive or modify the management fee for any investor. DFM also receives a one-time acquisition fee equal to approximately 1% of the total property acquisition costs.
