Fee Structure
GCF provides investment advice to institutional clients through separately managed accounts (SMAs) and private funds. GCF generally charges SMAs a monthly or quarterly management fee based on the assets under management or net asset value. The standard management fees generally range up to 1.00 percent annually of assets under management, net asset value, or committed capital amount. Fees are negotiable and may vary based on the type of service, account size, and client relationship. GCF also charges certain private funds performance or incentive fees constituting a percentage of profits or gains in addition to the management fees.
