Fee Structure
i-Qu & Co. manages investments for private funds and charges an annual management fee of up to 1.0% of each investor's capital contributions, prorated and payable quarterly in advance. The firm may waive or reduce this fee for certain investors. The private funds also invest in underlying private partnerships, which charge their own fees, including a fixed management fee (0% - 2.5% annually) and a performance incentive (10% - 30% of capital appreciation).
