Fee Structure
ZE Capital manages the Lorenz Fund and charges management fees and performance-based fees. The management fee for Class A interests is 1.5% per year, and for Class B interests, it's 2.5% per year. ZE Capital also receives a performance allocation of 15% of the net capital appreciation allocated to each Class A interest holder during each calendar year, but only after eliminating any cumulative loss.
