Fee Structure
Webs Creek Capital Management manages investments for private funds and institutional clients. Fees for the fund include a management fee (1.5% for Class A, 1.25% for Class B, and tiered rates for Founders Class) and a performance allocation (20% for Class A, 17.5% for Class B, and 15% for Founders Class) of net profits. SMA fees are determined individually and addressed in their respective advisory agreements. WCPS receives a monitoring fee and management fee from the holding company in which the SPV invests. A WCPS affiliate also receives 15% of the SPV's profits after limited partners have received cumulative distributions equal to the sum of their aggregate contributions and after a preferred return.
