Axial Reade Capital, LP manages private investment funds for qualified investors, but does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of any particular investor. Axial Reade seeks long-term capital appreciation by making privately negotiated investments in growth-oriented companies. Investment decisions are subject to each fund’s investment objectives and guidelines.
Fee Structure
Axial Reade manages investments for private funds, not individual investors. The firm receives compensation from these funds based on a percentage of assets managed and performance (carried interest). The funds also pay additional amounts to Axial Reade and its affiliates for various services. Investors in the funds generally pay a management fee on an annual basis, equal to a percentage of aggregate investor capital commitments, payable on a quarterly basis in advance.
