SQN Venture Partners manages investment portfolios for venture debt alternative investment funds. SQNVP provides investment advisory and management services to the Funds in accordance with each Fund's investment objectives. SQNVP does not provide investment advisory services to individuals that participate in the Funds. SQNVP has expanded its team internationally to also include certain employees based in India who provide support with respect to the investment research and analysis function.
Fee Structure
SQN Venture Partners manages investment funds, and investors should refer to the fund documents for fee information. Management fees generally range from 1.5% to 2.0% annually of the original principal amount of outstanding portfolio investments. The management fee percentage may also be tiered based on the aggregate amount of capital contributed by a limited partner to the Fund.
