- Separately Managed Accounts: Fees range up to 1.50% per year, negotiable and billed quarterly.
- Private Investment Funds: Fees vary among funds, not exceeding 2.5% annually, generally payable quarterly in advance. May also include a fee paid by the portfolio company, not exceeding 3% of the portfolio investment’s annual profit.
- Exchange-Traded Fund: A unitary management fee of 0.75% per year, calculated daily.
