CCMNO works with clients on the due diligence required to identify and execute the QOF’s investment. CCMNO’s services consist of evaluation, diligence and recommendations of investments of QOF, management of cash awaiting investment, monthly reconciliation QOF bank accounts, and reporting on certain statutory compliance obligations. CCMNO is a wholly owned subsidiary of Columbia Capital Management, LLC.
