REB Capital Management manages the REB Emerging Markets Financials Fund, a private fund, and also offers separately managed accounts. REB invests primarily in financial services and related sectors in emerging markets, the United States, and other public markets. REB works with clients to identify their goals, investment objectives, and risk tolerance, and allows clients to impose reasonable restrictions on the management of their accounts.
Fee Structure
REB Capital Management charges up to 1.5% annually on separately managed accounts, paid quarterly. REB also charges a performance-based fee, calculated at the end of each fiscal year, based on the client's account returns exceeding either the MSCI Emerging Markets Index or a 10% hurdle. Management and performance fees are negotiable.
