Red Rock Capital Management (RRCM) is a registered investment advisor providing investment management services. RRCM offers advice on equities, exchange-traded funds, U.S. treasuries, bonds, and municipal securities, and may use options contracts. RRCM's services are tailored to client investment objectives, risk tolerance, and income needs, or can actively manage a portfolio with the intent of beating the S&P 500. RRCM enters into formal written agreements with clients, which can be terminated with 30 days' notice.
Fee Structure
Red Rock Capital Management charges an annual fee based on the value of your investments, taken monthly.
For non-qualified clients, the fee is 2% per year.
For qualified clients, the fee is 1% per year.
For qualified clients, RRCM may also charge a performance-based fee of 15% of each qualified client’s quarterly net realized and unrealized profits, subject to a high water mark.
