Fee Structure
Budnick Capital does not directly manage investments. Instead, Budnick refers clients to third-party investment managers (TPMs) through AssetMark. The total annual fee for these services could reach 2%, but Budnick ensures it doesn't exceed this limit. The fees include a financial advisor fee (up to 1.00%), a platform fee (0.00% - 1.25%), and an investment manager fee (0.10% - 1.20%). Budnick's fee will not exceed AssetMark's fee. Clients can terminate AssetMark accounts at any time and receive a pro-rata refund of unearned fees.
