Fee Structure
Upper90 manages investment funds and receives a management fee based on the fund's assets or capital commitments. These fees range from 0.0% to 1.75% per year, calculated and collected quarterly. Upper90 may also receive carried interest, a performance-based fee, ranging from 0% to 25% of net profits above a preferred return.
