Orso Partners is paid an investment management fee based on a percentage defined in the Investment Management Agreement (IMA) of the targeted gross short exposure as of the end of the last business day of that quarter, paid in arrears each quarter. Orso Partners is also paid an annual performance fee equal to the percentage as defined within the IMA of the outperformance.
