Capri EGM invests client funds in domestic real estate equity or debt investments through separate accounts or commingled fund structures. Real estate investments include core, core-plus, value-add and opportunistic strategies. For separate account clients, Capri EGM tailors its investment strategies and product types to its client’s requests and investments may be made with or without prior client approval.
