Exome Asset Management provides investment advice to private investment funds. Exome decides which investments to buy and sell for these funds. Exome's services are governed by the funds' offering documents and investment objectives. Exome does not participate in wrap fee programs. Exome generally does not permit investors in the Funds to impose limitations on the investment activities described in the offering documents for the Exome Funds. Under certain circumstances, Exome will contract with a client to adhere to the limited risk and/or operating guidelines imposed by the client. Exome negotiates such arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
