Veraz Advisors provides investment advice on individual securities and portfolios. They offer discretionary and non-discretionary investment advice, and may hire sub-advisors. Veraz also provides financial planning and consulting services on a fixed fee or hourly basis, covering areas like estate planning and insurance. Clients retain full control over implementation decisions. Veraz may recommend insurance products through its affiliate, Veraz Insurance Solutions.
Veraz Advisors charges an annual fee based on the value of your portfolio. The maximum fee is 1.99%, but this is negotiable. The fee is calculated and paid quarterly, based on the market value of your investments on the last day of the quarter. You can end the agreement within five days without penalty. After that, you'll be charged for the services you've already received. Veraz may use sub-advisors, but you won't pay extra fees for this.
