Partners Enterprise Capital (PEC) manages investments for private investment clients, specifically in private real estate operating companies. PEC identifies, structures, and manages these investments. PECVI, a relying adviser, intends to manage investments directly in commercial real estate properties. PEC manages all aspects of the client's business, but requires Advisory Board approval for major decisions.
PEC and PECVI do not charge a percentage of your portfolio. Instead, they are compensated with performance-based fees based on the operating results of the real estate investments. The fees are negotiated with the clients and allow PEC/PECVI to share in the client's returns based on the increase in value of the assets and the net operating income.
