Arba Credit Management advises private funds that invest in distressed debt and other credit opportunities. Arba's investment strategy includes investing in debt instruments, opportunistic investments, niche financial asset classes, and investments in liquidations and restructurings. Arba provides advisory services to private fund vehicles, offering qualified investors the opportunity to realize short-term and long-term appreciation. The investment objectives are tailored to each fund, not individual investors.
Arba Credit Management advises private funds and charges a management fee. The management fee is generally 2.0% per year of the aggregate capital commitments during the investment period, and then 1.5% per year of the invested capital with respect to investments that are not fully realized. The management fee is calculated and payable in advance on a quarterly basis. Arba or its affiliates may also be paid performance-based compensation.
