Ransome Asset Management also offers financial planning services, including written financial plans and consultations. You are responsible for deciding whether to implement any financial planning recommendations. Ransome Asset Management may manage investments for other clients and give them advice that is different from the advice provided to you.
Fee Structure
Ransome Asset Management charges a percentage of the value of your portfolio annually, billed monthly. The annual fee can be up to 2.50% of your portfolio. The exact fee is negotiable based on factors like the type of client, complexity, and the amount of assets managed.
For certain clients who meet specific criteria (at least $1 million managed by Ransome Asset Management or a net worth over $2 million), Ransome Asset Management may charge a performance-based fee in addition to an annual fee of 1.50%. This performance fee is a percentage (20% to 35%) of the capital appreciation in your account above a certain benchmark.
