Fee Structure
Rice Park Capital Management manages various funds with different fee structures. The management fees vary by fund and are set forth in each fund's governing documents.
For the initial strategic equity (venture capital) fund, the management fee during the investment period is the greater of a fixed dollar amount or a fixed percentage of the limited partner's capital commitment. After the investment period, the fee is the greater of a fixed dollar amount or a fixed percentage of actively invested capital.
For the second strategic equity (venture capital) fund, the management fee is a fixed percentage of capital commitments during the investment period and a fixed percentage of capital contributions net of the cost basis of realized portfolio investments after the investment period.
For the first mortgage servicing rights fund, management fees are paid monthly based on a graduated percentage of the net asset value of the limited partner's capital account.
For the second mortgage servicing rights fund, management fees are paid monthly based on a fixed percentage of the net asset value of the limited partner's capital account.
For the residential credit fund, the management fee is a fixed amount payable monthly, subject to upward adjustment based on quarterly profits.
The co-investment fund does not pay a management fee.
