Catanzarite, the President, is also an attorney and businessman, which may present conflicts of interest that are disclosed to clients.

AegiSelect Accounts (mutual funds) have a different fee schedule: 2.00% on the first $500,000, 1.75% on the next $500,000, 1.50% on the next $500,000, 1.25% on the next $500,000, and 1.00% on amounts over $2,000,000. Fees are negotiable.
