Churchill Investment Management receives an annual management fee based on a fixed rate or percentage of a client’s committed capital or invested capital. Typically, the management fee equals up to 2% of invested capital and 1% of committed and uninvested capital, payable quarterly. Separately managed accounts are subject to an annual asset-based fee, prorated and charged monthly or quarterly, in advance or arrears, as negotiated. This fee may be separate from or inclusive of other fees, including a portion of origination and/or profit participation fees and a performance-based fee.
