Management Fee may range from no such fee to 1.5% (on an annual basis) of the asset value of net assets under management. The Management Fee is charged quarterly in arrears, based on the average net asset value of the account during the quarter. Clients who are “qualified” per SEC may elect to have Performance Fees instead of Management Fees. For “qualified clients” who choose to have Performance Fees, JCM charges no management fee and only charges Performance Fees over a hurdle rate.
