Durable Capital Partners (DCP) provides investment advice to private investment funds, including the Flagship Funds and the Opportunities Funds. DCP tailors its advice to each fund's needs, following the terms outlined in their governing documents. DCP may also enter into co-investment arrangements with third parties. DCP does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Durable Capital Partners (DCP) manages investments for private funds. DCP is paid a management fee, generally on a quarterly basis in advance, ranging from 0% to 1.50% per year based on the fund's net asset value, capital commitment, or invested capital. The management fee rates vary among the different investors in the DCP Funds based on the series of interests/shares acquired. Certain series of interests/shares in a DCP Fund may not be subject to a Management Fee. DCP also receives performance-based compensation ranging from 17.5% to 22.5% of excess capital appreciation or profit above a specified threshold.
