Capital Q manages investments for two investment vehicles:
- Medical Investment Solutions LLLP (the Fund): Capital Q charges a quarterly management fee of 1.5% per year based on the average value of the assets. Capital Q may also earn 20% of the profits after investors receive a preferred return.
- CAPQ BDC Inc. (the BDC): Capital Q charges a quarterly management fee of 0.4375% of each investor’s capital account balance as of the end of such quarter (1.75% per year), and an incentive fee equal to 20% of each investor’s share of the BDC’s realized profits and capital gains.
