Fee Structure
Farrecian Investments manages variable annuity and life insurance assets for a fee not exceeding 1.25% annually. The fee is negotiable and billed quarterly. Farrecian also refers clients to third-party managers (TPMs) such as Gradient Investments. If you are referred to a TPM, you will be billed according to the TPM's fee schedule. For example, Gradient Investments charges between 1.00% and 2.00% annually, depending on the portfolio type. Farrecian receives a portion of the TPM's fee for the referral.
