KIG Investment Management provides investment advice to pooled investment vehicles, focusing on long investments in global equities. KIG values companies based on their long-term potential and aims to buy at a discount to their calculation of intrinsic value. KIG does not tailor advisory services to the individual needs of any client’s underlying investors.
KIG Investment Management manages investments for pooled investment funds. The firm receives a fixed management fee calculated monthly, ranging from 0.5% to 2.0% annually based on the capital account of each investor. The management fee rate may differ based on the liquidity associated with the relevant series of interest subscribed to, with less liquid interests generally subject to a lower management fee. An affiliate of KIG may also receive a performance-based incentive allocation or carried interest.
