Fee Structure
TRGP generally charges its clients an investment management fee based on a percentage of assets under management, as detailed in the governing documents. Clients are also subject to an incentive fee or allocation based on a percentage of income, gains, and losses from portfolio investments, also as set forth in the governing documents. TRGP may waive or modify these fees for members, employees, affiliates, or relatives of such persons, or any other strategic investor.
