- $6,501 - $25,000: 0.45% annually, billed quarterly.
- $25,001 - $1,000,000: 0.35% annually, billed quarterly.
- $1,000,001 - $5,000,000: 0.25% annually, billed quarterly.
- Over $5,000,000: Negotiable.

- Up to $100,000: 1.75% annually, billed quarterly.
- Up to $250,000: 1.25% annually, billed quarterly.
- $250,000 - $500,000: 1.00% annually, billed quarterly.
