BWCP manages investments for its affiliated private funds, known as the Blue Eagle Funds, and some separately managed accounts. BWCP has full authority to make investment decisions for client portfolios, following the investment goals and guidelines outlined in the Blue Eagle Funds' documents and client agreements. BWCP invests in publicly-traded securities.
BWCP primarily manages investments for private funds, charging a management fee of 1.5% annually on each investor's capital account. This fee is calculated and paid quarterly in advance. An affiliate of BWCP also receives a performance-based profit allocation, generally between 15% and 20% of the fund's net profits or capital appreciation each year. BWCP may adjust or waive these fees for its members, principals, employees, or affiliates. BWCP negotiates management and performance fees separately for sub-advisory clients.
