If GLFP utilizes an Outside Manager, the above fee schedule does include the Outside Manager’s up to 0.40% fee. At no point will the combined fee charged to the Client exceed 2% of assets under management. For Client’s with $1,000,000 or more in Assets under Management with GLFP, Financial Planning may be included at no additional charge and the fee for TAMP services may also be absorbed by GLFP, at the discretion of GLFP.
