Fee Structure
Wembley Strategic Advisory charges an annual management fee for separately managed accounts, not to exceed 2% of the account's net asset value. This fee covers Wembley's investment management services and is payable quarterly in advance. The management fee may vary based on the size of the account, complexity of the portfolio, or other factors agreed upon with the client. Wembley also manages private funds and charges management fees up to 2% of fund assets.
