Wave Digital Assets provides discretionary investment management services, investigating, structuring, negotiating, and monitoring investments on behalf of clients. Wave Digital Assets does not provide financial planning, tax, or legal services. Investment advice is delivered directly to the funds and separate entities rather than to individual investors in the funds. Annual management fees generally range from 0.1% to 2.0% of assets under management, payable monthly or quarterly in arrears.
