Green Road Management offers two fee options:
- Assets Under Management: GRM charges 2% of the value of your portfolio per year, billed quarterly.
- Performance Fee: For qualified clients (those with $1 million invested with GRM or $2.1 million in net worth excluding their primary residence), GRM charges 20% of the increase above the S&P 500, charged quarterly. No fee is charged if the portfolio's performance does not beat the S&P 500.
