Cross Border Investment Management (CBIM) provides investment management services to private debt-oriented pooled investment vehicles (Funds). CBIM builds, hedges, and manages portfolio risk and develops investment strategies, investing in a globally-diversified portfolio mainly focusing on private debt and private credit strategies. CBIM tailors its investment advisory services to be consistent with each Fund’s investment strategy, return profile, concentration limits, time horizon, liquidity mandates and other related objectives.
Fee Structure
Cross Border Investment Management (CBIM) manages investments for private debt-oriented pooled investment vehicles (Funds). CBIM receives an annual management fee based on a percentage of the Fund's net asset value. Typically, the management fee will be 0.5-2.0% of the Fund’s net asset value. CBIM may also receive incentive-based compensation based on realized gains from investments from investors meeting the definition of a qualified client.
