Natural Capital Management is an investment advisory firm that manages private investment funds. These funds invest in real estate and growth/private equity companies, primarily in the U.S. Heartland, with a focus on Northwest Arkansas. Natural Capital identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, negotiates terms, manages investments, and handles dispositions. The firm does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of limited partners in its Funds.
Natural Capital manages private investment funds and charges a management fee.
For Fund I, the fee is 1% per year of the invested capital in private fund investments, plus 2% per year of all other invested capital.
For Fund II and II-A, the fee is 2% per year of the aggregate subscriptions of all limited partners from the initial closing date through the 5th anniversary. It then changes to 1.5% per year of the actively invested capital during years six through eight, and 1% per year of the actively invested capital during years nine through ten. After that, no management fees are payable without the consent of a majority of the limited partners or the advisory committee.
These fees are assessed quarterly in advance and collected through capital calls or offset against distributions to limited partners.
