Rayliant Asset Management manages exchange-traded funds (ETFs) using machine learning and quantitative analysis. Rayliant also provides sub-advisory services, offering investment recommendations to institutional clients in the form of models. Rayliant does not have direct relationships with the underlying investors of these models, nor does it provide trading or personalized advice regarding the models.
Fee Structure
Rayliant manages ETFs and charges an advisory fee based on the average daily net assets of each ETF. The advisory fees exclude other fees, such as brokerage commissions and fees payable to financial intermediaries. Rayliant also offers separately managed accounts, but currently does not manage any. Rayliant is compensated for sub-advisory services with a service fee based on the value of the portfolios they manage.
