BlackChamber Partners manages investments in real estate, specifically focusing on the purchase and development of data centers. BlackChamber provides advisory services to privately offered investment funds, including BlackChamber Real Estate Opportunity Fund, L.P. and BlackChamber Real Estate Opportunity Fund II, L.P., and co-investment vehicles. Investment advice is provided directly to the Funds, not to individual investors in the Funds.
Fee Structure
BlackChamber manages investments for private funds and charges an annual investment management fee. During the commitment period, the fee is 1.5% of capital commitments. After the commitment period, the fee is 1.5% per year of the unreturned invested capital contributions. The fee is deducted from the Funds' assets and paid quarterly in advance.
