Variant is an investment management firm that provides advisory services on a discretionary basis to private pooled investment vehicles (Funds). These Funds are offered to qualified individual and institutional investors. Variant bases its advice on the investment objectives, strategies, and restrictions set forth in each Fund’s governing documents. Variant generally does not tailor its investment recommendations to the goals of any specific investor.
