Lument Investment Management provides portfolio management and advisory services, primarily investing in real estate debt and related instruments. Lument IM invests on behalf of its clients in both public and private real estate-related instruments, including commercial real estate mortgages and other debt obligations or capital products that fund real estate investments, securitized real estate investments, and other forms of real estate securities. Lument IM provides investment advisory services to a public company and a separately managed account.
Fee Structure
Lument Investment Management receives a management fee and performance-based compensation from its clients. The management fee is calculated as a percentage of the client’s stockholders’ equity, net asset value, actively invested capital, or committed capital. The rate for management fees varies depending on the investment strategy and services provided. Performance fees are based on realized proceeds exceeding a targeted internal rate of return, capital committed, earnings exceeding a defined target, or net invested capital. Clients also bear certain expenses related to the management of their account.
