1035 Capital Management provides investment advice through four model portfolios: small cap core, investment grade preferred, all cap high yield preferred, and a commodity trend following portfolio. 1035 Capital requires clients to grant them authority to make investment decisions in their accounts. Clients can provide reasonable investment restrictions in writing. The firm manages each client's account in accordance with one of its strategies or as agreed upon with the client.
