MarcyPen Capital Partners provides investment advisory services to private investment funds. They identify and evaluate investment opportunities, structure and negotiate terms, manage investments, and achieve dispositions. Investments are predominantly in private companies. MarcyPen does not tailor its advisory services to the individual needs of the investors in its Funds.
Fee Structure
MarcyPen manages private investment funds and earns asset-based fees, typically ranging from 1.0% to 2.5% of investor commitments or invested capital. They may also receive performance-based compensation (Carried Interest) from the Funds, generally 10% to 20% of the Fund's profit, subject to certain conditions. These fees are generally waived for eligible MarcyPen affiliated persons who invest in the Funds.
